Frequently Asked Questions

Who are the trainers?

Our trainers are employees of Antdata sp. z o.o. sp.k. and Antdata Group. We do not use external instructors – all trainers have hands-on IT and business deployment experience.

Who is this training for?

The training is suitable for anyone who wants to learn how to build business apps in Power Apps and (optionally) automate processes with Power Automate.

Typical participants include:

  • Business specialists and office workers
  • Managers and decision-makers
  • Citizen Developers and IT professionals
Do I need prior technical knowledge?

No! Basic computer skills are sufficient to participate. Programming experience is not required.

Knowledge of programming, Power BI, or advanced Excel may help absorb the material faster, but is not necessary.

Will I use these skills at work?

Yes! After the course, you will be able to:

  • Build business apps in Power Apps
  • (Optionally) Automate business processes using Power Automate*
  • Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services and send email notifications*

These skills are highly valued in the job market, enabling fast deployment of innovative solutions and process optimization.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes! Every participant will receive a certificate confirming their Power Apps or Power Apps & Power Automate.

The certificate is issued on the final training day or sent by mail in the case of online training.

Will I receive training materials?

Yes! Each participant receives:

A training material set (sent one week before the course)

A practical cheat sheet with key Power Apps functions

(For Power Apps & Automate training, materials also include Power Automate.)

Can I get support after the course?

Yes! After completing the course, you'll have 30 days of trainer support on topics covered during training.

Support does not cover topics outside the course scope.

Do I need to prepare for the course?

You’ll need:

  • A laptop or computer with internet access
  • An active Office or Microsoft 365 license (excluding F1 version)
  • (Optional) Mouse and second monitor – especially useful for online training
How long is the training? Are there breaks?

Standard duration:

  • 2 training days
  • 6-8 hours per day (depending on module)

Breaks:

  • Short breaks every 1–2 hours (5-10 min)
  • 45-minute lunch break
Do I need to bring my own laptop for on-site training?

Yes, as it’s most effective to work on your own device.

If your laptop won’t work, contact us in advance - we can prepare a backup device.

Important: Each participant must have an active Office or Microsoft 365 license (excluding F1).

Are the training sessions only available in Poznań?

No! We offer two options:

  1. Online Training - conducted via Microsoft Teams
  2. On-site Training - at the client’s location*

(*Travel and accommodation costs for the trainer are covered by the client.)

How can I check if I have a Power Apps and Power Automate license?

Power Apps is included in various Office and Microsoft 365 plans.

The easiest way to check your access:

Do I need to use OneDrive and Excel (or SharePoint) to participate in the training?

No! While our standard setup is based on OneDrive and SharePoint, we can adapt the course to meet your needs.

Possible alternatives include:

Dropbox or Google Drive - if your organization doesn’t use OneDrive

Other systems - contact us to customize the training program accordingly
